Terms of service

We plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns and the conversion tracking behind them. The specific scope, fee, and start date for your account are set out in the written agreement we sign before work begins. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.

Management fees are billed monthly in advance and are separate from what you spend with the ad platforms, which you pay directly. Engagements run month to month. Either side may end the arrangement with written notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid for a started month are not refunded.

Your ad accounts, pixels, audiences, and performance data are yours. Creative we produce for your campaigns is yours to keep and use once it has been paid for. Our internal templates, processes, and reporting formats remain ours.

You give us the access we need to do the work, and you confirm that any brand assets, claims, offers, or customer data you hand over are accurate and yours to use. You are responsible for the legality of what you sell and for holding any licence your industry requires.

Advertising performance depends on your offer, your pricing, your ability to answer enquiries, and platform conditions we do not control. We do not guarantee a specific volume of leads, sales, or revenue. Where we agree written 90 day targets with you in advance and those targets are missed, the remedy is the one named in your agreement.

Campaigns run on platforms owned by other companies, each with its own policies. Those companies can change their rules, reject an ad, or suspend an account at their discretion. We work within their policies but we are not responsible for their decisions.

By giving us your phone number you agree to receive text messages from Sterling Growth about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

• Message frequency varies. Expect a handful of messages around scheduling and follow-up rather than a recurring campaign.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers collected for text messaging with third parties for their own marketing. See the privacy policy for the rest.

Each side keeps the other's non-public business information private and uses it only for the engagement. We do not publish your spend or revenue figures without your written permission.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the management fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County have jurisdiction over any dispute.
